“A difference of opinion is what makes horse racing and missionaries."

Friday racing – the De Souza theory

These Donors Are AMAZING Thank You

Just in: CJM… Bunter… Ken… Thank you. They join: William S – MEJi – Peter N – Nigel B – Ken C – Mark S – James D – William M – Fiona M – Julian A – Jonathan H – Mrs V.M – Pete BN – Gavin C – Thom S – Sarah C – Mark S – Sam H – James R

Just a quicky in order to share with you some flags that have been raised from my database and trends generator – which is more accurate than an A level algorithm,  as I can actually see the real results!

Firstly Silvestre de Sousa. Brilliant on certain tracks at winning from the front. Among those is Ponte, and subject to being mounted on a horse that enjoys the view from in front, and the tenacity to stay thee, there is no finer jock. His record on front-runners at Ponte over 5f – 8f shows a 50% strike rate and with 16 win and place horses from 20 runners, is 80%!

  • 14:20 Pontefract PHUKET POWER [win]
  • 14:50 Pontefract NATALIE’S JOY [small e/w]
  • 15:20 Pontefract FRANKINSTELLA watch out he is historically a hold-up horse but is the best horse in the field of 4. [win]
  • 15:50 Pontefract ROONG ROONG [e/w]

Finally, in the 13:15 ROUND THE ISLAND [e/w] and in the 13:45 MR ORANGE [win] are worthy of consideration.

HELP KEEP THE RACEWEB VOICE ALIVE

Annual domain registrations, site hosting, software licences, form guides, research costs and a host of other minor and but not inconsequential outgoings are the burden for all website owners.

Even the smallest donation can make the difference between the Off and On switch.

It’s not just that once in a while we actually prove accurate, and you possibly make a bit of pocket money, but occasionally, we might perhaps suggest a view that could possibly change someone’s mind. For the better.

That’s a lot of Maybes and Possiblies, but sometimes we have to try and change a plan or encourage them to move a mountain, and if that means we make you smile, or shout with anger, or shake with laughter, then Huzzah!

That’s your donation that did that. Thank You.
